Auto parts for the automobile industry

With the continuous development of the economy, the automotive industry is advancing and quickly becoming an indispensable part of transportation and exporting.

The key components of a car are mainly steel, aluminium and cast iron materials. The automotive sheet metal is mostly stamped from steel and the engine of the car is cast iron or aluminium alloy. Especially for most performance cars, the front and rear suspensions of luxury cars are made of aluminium. Most of the wheels of the cars are also made from aluminium or aluminium alloy sheets (using the stamping method). In addition to this, the gearbox case of the car and the steering gear casing usually also use a lot of aluminium products. Because the aluminium alloy material is lightweight and high-strength, it reduces the weight of the car and makes it more aerodynamic as well as improving the flexibility of the wheel and reducing its vibration amplitude.

Some customers will require stainless steel parts for the frame design and improved performance and good impact resistance (improving safety and reliability of the vehicle, as well as prolonging its service life). Stainless steel can not only ensure a high-strength solution, but also good toughness, formability, and weldability. The most commonly used stainless steel grades for this are 409L, 3Cr12 and 304L.

Automotive decoration materials have a long history of being made from stainless steel, and its uses are expanding: stainless steel inlays, antennas, wheel covers, etc. are used on small cars; and stainless steel is also used on large passenger cars, vehicle handrails, safety railings, and hanging bars. In order to reduce the cost, the rearview mirrors mainly use SUS430J1L stainless steel, whereas the rearview mirrors of some high-class cars use SUS436J1L stainless steel; the automotive wipers mostly use SUS430, SUS304, SUS301, etc.; the headlight retainer adopts SUS430 and other steel grades. The safety device on the car also uses stainless steel.


Components for the electronics industry:

The aluminium alloy radiator is an essential component for the stable operation of the industrial frequency converter. The composition of the frequency converter includes many components made from aluminium alloy, and the radiator that protects the frequency converter plays an important role. Under the same conditions, aluminium alloy heat dissipation is better than steel, lighter than steel and copper, and the price is cheaper than copper, so aluminium alloy radiator is more cost-effective, aluminium alloy radiator is widely used in inverters.

From the perspective of the development trend of consumer electronics, the aluminium alloy of the shell has become an important direction of appearance innovation, and gradually forms the trend of scale application. The penetration rate of mobile phone aluminium alloy shell and tablet computer is increasing year by year. There are also shell and panel of electronic communication equipment, which are also the machining products that our foreign customers ask more about.

Copper’s conductivity is second only to silver. Copper alloys have a low price, high strength, good thermal conductivity, excellent processing performance, and corrosion resistance.

Through alloying, performance can be controlled for a wide range of uses, which enables copper to better meet the performance requirements of the lead frame. It is indispensable in the electronic industry.


Precision machining for medical equipment:

Precision aluminium alloy medical device parts are mainly used in large-scale medical operations. The market demand is affected by medical and health institutions.

We use titanium alloy as it has excellent toughness broad temperature tolerance. In the medical field, titanium alloy is mainly used to manufacture medical devices and auxiliary treatment equipment implanted in the human body. Because of its low density and light weight, titanium can increase patients‘ comfort and activity.

Aluminium alloy has also been developed in the medical equipment industry. It is directly used in the manufacture of human body equipment, walking aid accessories and more. It has become the main development trend to use high-strength stainless steel to make some important parts including key load-bearing structural parts of aircraft, such as landing gear, girder, large stress joint, high-stress fastener, and more. While austenitic stainless steel is used to make jet engine turbine, blade, fuselage, fastener, high-strength spring, etc.
