We have cooperated with American machine suppliers for many years until now. The processing methods are CNC turning and and milling machining. It is used for various machines including lathes, milling machines, grinders, etc. Therefore high precision products are required, for example: the precision is as small as +/- 0.002mm in order to match customers needs. Our company not only installed a Coordinates Measuring Machine but also an exclusive quality inspection team.

Weimi uses milling and turning equipment to process metal and plastic parts, combining the latest and superb technology to meet you CNC processing needs. Our customers can choose a variety of metal and plastic materials ans can also create a special material requirements. We will provide you tolerance accuracy ranging from 0.002mm to 0.005mm and will deliver your order on time.

Materials Used for Mechanical Parts

Metallic Material.

1. Aluminium

Compared with other metal materials of aluminium alloy it has low density, high strength, good electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and easy processing.

2. Steel

It can be divided between structural, tool and special steel. Structural steel is used to manufacture various mechanical parts and components of engineering structures. Steel can be divided into carbon and alloy steel. The properties of carbon steel mainly depend on the content. The higher the carbon is the higher the strength of steel, although the lower the plasticity is.

3. Alloy structural steel

The role of alloying elements in alloy structural steel is to improve the properties of the steel.

4. Copper alloy

It is divided into bronze and brass.

1. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc and contains a small amount of manganese, aluminium, nickel and many more. It also has a goodplasticity and fluidity.

2. Bronze can be divided into two types: tin-containing bronze and tin-free bronze. Both of them have good fraction reduction and corrosion resistance.

Non-Metallic Materials

1. Plastic

The small specific gravity of plastic makes it easier to make complex shapes.

Such as: ABS、PVC、PE,POM, ACRYLIC etc,
