1. Processing plane is not flat.

2. Burrs on the surface or sides after finishing.
Day by day requirements about surface processing become higher and higher. Nowadays it’s not acceptable to leave any burrs on the material. If the workpiece is modified with a file, the accuracy and size of the workpiece will also be affected. It can be used directly after milling, and there is no need for subsequent grinding. However, in actual production there will be a lot of burrs and batches.
To solve this problem, we must pay great attention to the tools that we are using. They must be well prepared and sharp enough. In addition, we must also plan the tool path and increase the secondary finishing path. We process the surface first, then the sides, and then the surface. 3. Unique shape workpieces
During finishing of some unique-shaped workpieces the software very often has fitting errors.
