However, due to its increased toughness, the tool is extremely vulnerable to wear during processing. The high plasticity also makes it difficult to remove iron chips generated during processing, which ultimately affects the process and the final effect. 1. Sheet metal mold introduction:

Stamping is the most common type of producing metal sheets.

Pressing uses a stamping die to install on a press and other equipment to apply external force to plates, strips, pipes and profiles to plastically deform or separate them to obtain sheet metal parts of the required shape and size.

2. Stamping die process

According to the processing elements, stamping dies can be divided into punching dies, blanking dies, bending dies, forming dies, riveting dies, etc..; stamping dies can be divided into engineering, composite, and continuous dies according to the degree of process combination.
